Suite #19 - Lg 2 Bdrm/1 Bath

Suite #19 is a large suite that sits lakeview on Lake of the Ozarks. With 2 bedrooms and 1 baths, it comes fully equipped with kitchen, a charcoal grill and picnic table with a designated area facing the lake.  Beautiful view! A perfect setup for lakefront relaxation, a cup of morning 'jo', and some good old fashion summer fun.

Amenities

The suites have a contemporary design and feel with approximately 950 square feet of space. There is a queen in the master bedroom and two twins in the second room. These twins can be converted with a kit into a King (conversion). The 2 bedrooms are on the entrance/first floor with a flight of stairs to the great room. The first floor also has the only bathroom with a shower/tub.  This suite has a great room on the 2nd floor with both kitchen and living room with flat screen Dish Satellite TV as well as access to a deck facing the lake.    This unit has a traditional full house vented heating and air conditioning.  At the entrance of Suite #19 is a gravel patio with grill and seating area to view the lake.

Location

This suite is located along the second tier near pool and clubhouse.   Suite #18 and Suite #19 are a duplex and have common walls.  Parking for the unit is along side the building and is shared with Unit #19. Access to the pool is a across the private the road and access to the lake is a short path walk (3-4 mins) to the lakefront area.

Capacity

These large 2 bedroom suites sleep 4 people with a maximum capacity of 6 people. There is an additional $10/nightly charge for the 5th and 6th person if they are over the age of 12. An air mattress and bedding is provided. Guests are not allowed to bring an air mattress unless approved.

Parking & Policies
