Terms of Rental Service & Policies –

Boat Rentals are handled at the counter.  Approximately 30 minutes prior to rental go to Lake Breeze Resort office to complete paperwork and then proceed to checkout the boat.  The office opens at 9:30 a.m. daily.  If you would like and early morning rental, give us a call in advance and we can coordinate a person to meet you at a given time.

Motorboat Rental Policy

• A $100 deposit is taken at the time of booking and applied to the balance. The remaining balance is due at check-in.   All cancellations or modifications are charged 20% of the total price up to the amount of the deposit. If the weather is inclement, the deposit will be returned but both parties must agree on what defines inclement weather on the day of the rental. 

• No refunds on early returns. A late return will be charged the hourly rate per 30 minutes, after one hour it will be considered stolen unless communicated.

• No pets on boats and on the resort property.

• Only authorized driver(s), signer on contracts, can drive boats. An authorized driver must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license, a credit card on file, and have agreed to and signed our boat rental contract.   Driver’s born after 1984 must also have a boating safety certification issued through the state.

• Authorized drivers are responsible for all damages incurred during the rental period. This includes while driving, while parked and damages incurred by driver’s boat guests.  It is important that the boats are properly parked in slips while left unattended.

• Boat are equipped with all necessary life vests, parking ropes and fenders, maps, registrations paperwork and miscellaneous necessities to oversee the boat. All watercraft tanks are full of gas when you leave and should be refueled prior to return. Gas is not included in the rental price. Lake Breeze can refill tanks at a set price upon return.

Hours available for rental begin at 8:00 am and must be returned by 6:30 pm, unless otherwise agreed on.
