BOAT RENTAL POLICIES

• Lake Breeze offers both motorized and non-motorized boat rentals.
• Rental options may include hourly rentals, 4-hour half-day rentals, 8-hour rentals, and all-day rentals up to 11:00 p.m. Available rental durations may vary depending on the boat type.
• Boater’s License & Laws:
  • All motorized boat rentals require a Missouri boater license or a license from a reciprocity state, if required by law based on the operator’s age.
  • Please know your boating laws and rules before arriving at Lake Breeze.

• Deposit & Payment: A deposit is required to submit a boat rental reservation request. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Deposit amounts vary by rental type and whether the rental is motorized or non-motorized.
• Not Included:
  • Gas and boat toys are not included but may be available.
• Cancellations:
  • Cancellations made 8 days or more before the rental date will receive a refund, minus any processing fees.
  • Cancellations made 7 days or less before the rental date will forfeit the full deposit.
• Schedule Modifications:
  • Same-day rental hour adjustments may be made at no charge, as long as the requested time change is available on the schedule.
  • If the requested same-day time adjustment is not available, it will be treated as a cancellation, and the deposit will be non-refundable.
  • For multi-day rentals, if reserved rental days are removed or reduced after they have been held for the customer, the deposit will remain non-refundable. Any remaining rental days will still be charged according to the updated rental schedule.
• Weather Policy:
  • If weather conditions are unsafe due to storms, severe weather, or other harsh conditions, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will be refunded, minus any processing fees.
  • Light rain or passing showers do not qualify for cancellation, a refund, or additional complimentary rental time.
• Early Returns:
  • No refunds are given for early returns.
