Boat Rental Cancellation Policy

Motor Boats Only

Deposit:
A deposit of approximately $150 is required to submit a motorboat rental reservation request.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made 8 days or more before the rental date will receive a refund, minus any processing fees. Cancellations made 7 days or less before the rental date will forfeit the full deposit.

Schedule Modifications:
Same-day rental hour adjustments may be made at no charge, as long as the requested time change is available on the schedule. If the requested same-day time adjustment is not available, it will be treated as a cancellation and the deposit will be non-refundable.

For multi-day rentals, if reserved rental days are removed or reduced after they have been held for the customer, the deposit will remain non-refundable. Any remaining rental days will still be charged according to the updated rental schedule.

Weather Policy:
If weather conditions are unsafe due to storms, severe weather, or other harsh conditions, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will be refunded, minus any processing fees.

Light rain or passing showers do not qualify for cancellation, a refund, or additional complimentary rental time.

Early Returns:
No refunds are given for early return
